Shipping, Customs and Insurance!

Shipping:

All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Shipping is calculated by standard international tracked per KG fees.
All shipments are imported via our Chinese Shipping Company Partner SDNJY, then given to a local third party company (DHL, DPD, FEDEX, Royal Mail etc).

Shipping time is between 8-15 days. Tracking will update once your order is passed to local third party company.

Currently, while the website and fulfilment system are being tested, we are capping orders at 50kg.

Customs:

All customs/VAT/charges are paid by us and included in the shipping price.

You will not pay any import charges*

*For Graded Cards, some are not sent from China and are sent from the UK, and therefore may incur import costs depending on your location. Please check each listing for individual information.

Insurance:
All orders are covered Standard Compensation of £4/KG + Return Freight if items are lost/damaged/stolen if with SDNJY and before withdrawal to third party (DPD/DHL/Royal Mail etc). After pick-up to a third party, goods that cannot be delivered or lost in the delivery will be compensated according to £2/KG, and the freight will not be refunded*. A claim with the third party can be made by the client for loss of goods and IYC will provide all information needed to support claim.
Deadline for compensation acceptance: 30 days after the delivery of the warehouse, the application will not be accepted after 45 days.

*Compensation will not be provided in the following cases:

If the official website of the third party provider shows the receipt, but the customer feedback does not receive the package, IYC will assist in the inquiry and confirm that the receipt has been signed, and no compensation will be provided.
